Great staff and great service

Facility is nice and well-kept. Staff are friendly. They were awesome during the sales and rental processes, but I had to call several times and leave a couple of messages to get a call back to cancel when it was time to move out. Then we got billed and our card charged another month after cancellation. I called to ask for the refund, but it takes 2-3 weeks and they mail a check. I really wish that they could just refund my card sooner than that. I have a feeling I'll need to call back when I don't have a check in three weeks just because that's how these things usually go...

Friendly staff and nice facility (it is fairly new) but constant rate increases year over year. Probably no different than anywhere else, however…
