They were very patient with me with all the times I reached out in one day. Also they gave me a chance to view storages in person before purchasing!

First month was not free... It's the first 'full month' so unless you're getting your unit on the first don't expect the first month to be free. Otherwise folks are pleasant and, to be fair, it does say 'first full month' though I would understand even that to be a month starting when you got the unit
