Be aware of this place they love raising prices when they say your price is locked in and they’ll raise it in a month or two and then if you’re late, they lock you out right away. If I was anybody stay away from this place go to a different storage unit that would treat you way better they love breaking contracts too. BE AWARE RENTING HERE THEY WILL TELL U ONE PRICE AND WHEN U MOVE IN THEY RAISE THE PRICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE***** AND EVERYTIME I MAKE A PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE THEY KEPT TELLING ME MY CARD WOULD NOT GO THREW WHEN I ALWAYS USE MY CARD THERE

Beware of this storage company!! they will take your money without you using their services. My advice is don’t do any transactions online.

Very good, easy access but specially great service. The manager, Kenia was very helpful and took the time to help me find the right space for the right price. This is the second time I use this place and unlike many other places, they actually do remember, appreciate and welcome return customers. Thank you Kenia.

Having been a Harris customer, my two units were always on auto pay with no problem except when my card expired and I forgot to update it. No late fee or other issues until the company changed hands and the place deteriorated rapidly. I reported rotted and missing door seals that allowed water, leaves and trash to damage some contents. That was not fixed. The young man who was on the property 3 days a week called me in July to tell me my card didn't work and he needed to reset it. First time it was the wrong expiration date. Then he needed me to repeat the security code. Meantime, I had my banker watching my account, because he had been using the card numbers to hack my bank account. Each time I tried to contact upper management, I got different area and state managers on the phone. All of them tried to figure out how this happened, but when I started getting large requests for sporting goods and audio/ visual equipment billed to the card, we shut down the card, and I gave notice to evacuate both units. I had to hire 2 trucks and a crew to move everything to a cleaner, closer and fully staffed storage facility. The young man no longer works there.
However,.. Kenya is the new manager and the property is undergoing a massive makeover with lots of new construction of more units. Kenia inherited a huge amount of issues , but she is a fantastic, hard working person and is capable of meeting the challenge! She never once ran from this situation, and never gave up until the problems were solved.
Kenia would be an asset to any business and deserves a raise!
Are you listening, Jorge?? Just stop raising the rent on those who have been your best customers! We didn't get a free month, either!
