MyPlace Self Storage

Current customer. No one answers the phone. No one returns calls. No one returns email. Remote manager Jorge? They are charging me for the first full month that was supposed to be free with there promotion but can't reach anyone to discuss. Very hard place to get in/out of with a moving truck/truck and trailer. Looks like I will be moving my things yet again.

Fantastic Customer Service.

We found My Place Self Storage online and decided to give them a try! We met Jennifer and right away she took care of us. It was a quick and simple process but she took the time to drive us, explain everything in detail and it was a delight working with her. Excellent prices too!

My elderly aunt is renting storage space here. Her experience has been frustrating and expensive. She rented there when it was Harris storage and never had issues. Now her rate has continually increased, although she pays monthly somehow they seem to always figure out how to charge a late fee. These folks are driving her crazy. Not sure what experience you would have at other storage facilities but MyPlace Self Storage in Mount Dora has been an expensive nightmare. I would advise looking elsewhere.
