Great customer service. Thanks to Jessica for helping while I was sick with the Flu. She did what she could over the phone and online with my wife while I healed to set up our account. Then afterwards she went ahead and checked on me to see how I was feeling. We just moved into town and this was such a warm welcome to Casa Grande. Thank you for all the help.

Hailey is great with all aspects of customer service and detail attention to ones storage needs. She recomended the correct size of storage unit for my specicific needs. Additionally; she is always bussy attending to the maintenance needs of the facility better than prior ownership. Thanks for being attentive and friendly.

Hello my name is Jennifer Tapia. I have had a storage unit for many years at this facility, and not once has my unit been broken into, and trust me when I say for years. I truly apologize for the misfortune but the day you both can check on every unit every minute of everyday, please come do the job for me. As far as footage of video the police have access to our facility 24/7. I have empathy for you, that dosen't mean I have to participate with you screaming in my ears over a unit that legally belongs to your son.
