If you have a storage unit at 24-7 automated storage GET YOUR STUFF OUT NOW, my husband and I went to get our belongings out of the storage because we finally got our own place only to find out our storage unit had a different lock on it and was never notified of the change (we have had our storage for almost 3 years) and when we opened our storage every valuable thing was taken, from collectibles, baseball/basketball cards, memorabilia, electronics to never worn clothes and shoes, we are so deeply upset because everything that was in that storage unit was my husbands whole life from the age of 8-9 to 22 and up, they left it a complete mess and went through all of our boxes leaving it trashed AND WE WERE NEVER NOTIFIED, NO ONE CALLED US AND NO ONE EMAILED US, when the cops showed up they had told us that storage facility has been broken into multiple times, We called the office on Monday and the manager Jennifer was so nonchalant about the incident and just replied with “it happens” we kept asking her why weren’t we notified of the break in and she told us she can’t tell us, asked her if we can see video footage on the break in since we don’t know when this happened and we’ve most likely been paying for months when we had no reason to and she told us that she won’t show footage to us or anyone else, so disappointed and heartbroken

Update: today we spoke to Jennifer who was so nonchalant and could of cared less that my sons stuff was stolen. She basically told him it happens. Are you kidding me. She refused to tell him when it got broken into. She told him they would not pull the camera for him or anyone else. Do not rent from this place.
I would not rent from this place. This place is not secure. They allow your stuff to get stolen and don’t even notify you that it’s stolen. My sons unit was broken into all of his stuff was stolen. Nobody ever notified him to tell him that his stuff was stolen. They just replaced it with their lock. Also they claimed that their units are clean. There was so much dirt in this unit. It was disgusting by the time I’m done with the Better Business Bureau and posting to everybody. I hope this place is shut down, my son had valuable stuff in there and was never notified that his stuff was stolen until we went to go get it out this Saturday and there was a new lock on it and all his stuff was gone. We notify the police and were told that the police are out there every other day because of units being broken into do not rent from this place. And as we were there, there was shady people driving through there looking for units to break into.

So far so good! The lady up front was SUPER friendly and place is clean.

Great price for the storage units but only thing is they are currently not open 24/7 so that is the downfall a major downfall. Well that and it seems since they were bought the new office managers are very hard to reach.
