Previously we gave Kamila and her staff a good review for their work. We feel needed to change the review to reflect what happened afterwards. Three days after the moving day, our landlord told us that he noted a dent on the fridge. The dent wasn’t there before the moving day when the our landlord came to inspect the room. Since the fridge is in the middle of the moving path and wasn’t there before moving, we were pretty sure it was caused by the moving crew. The landlord asked us to pay for the repair costs, and thus we reached out to MyProMovers to report this issue. We called four times, and she only took the first transfer call and tried to escape away from us by using the excuse of either 'out of office' or 'in a meeting'. And then she sent an email with the conclusion that they are not responsible for reimbursing any damages on the furniture or compliances that were caused during the move. We felt very unsatisfied and mistreated due to her negligent attitude dealing with this situation where she refused to take the responsibility of the damages caused by her moving crew. We already paid over $1,000 for the moving expense, now we will have to pay another $1,000 to cover the damage repair costs resulted from them. Sarcasm?

Wow, what hard workers and excellent skills! Kamilla, Umar, and Kay were wonderful, great communicators, fast, careful, friendly, and didn’t waste a second of time! I’d hire them again in a heartbeat!!!!
