I had a total of eight pods from My Way by the time I was ready to move. I had a great experience with Amber and Steve as well as the driver that delivered to my area. They were quick to respond to my calls and did a great job coordinating all of the pod deliveries and pickups.

I needed to clear out my garage and basement so I called MyWay Storage. Their prices were so reasonable and they would drop off the storage unit in my driveway too. I had a wonderful experience with MyWay Storage. The website was easy to navigate and signing up was a breeze. Great customer service in calling to confirm what would happen after signup. The driver, Reggie, was on time, friendly, and explained what was needed to ensure my items were secure during pick-up. I really enjoyed the monthly newsletters with recipes and home living advice. After about a year, I called for a return of the storage unit, as stated, the delivery was on time and quick. All my items were returned in the same good condition. I am a happy customer. Thanks.

We have been exceptionally happy with MyWay! They went above and beyond when we needed storage in a hurry when my dad passed away. Steve is the best and really took time to walk us through the process, in order to make things as easy on us as possible. I requested our storage unit to be delivered today and it probably took five minutes for them to get the unit off the truck and once we got our stuff out- they were on their way. Easy!! Highly recommend!!
