Over $1000 worth of stuff was stolen out of my unit. The unit that was delivered to me was not the unit I originally purchased. The lock was not on the unit when it was delivered to me which probably caused my things to be stolen in the first place . I have had to file a report with the Hazelwood police department & the BBB due to the lack of sympathy. All of my kids shoes were stolen and caused us to start all over. My designer bag was also stolen. I wouldn’t recommend them to a homeless person for shelter. They might steal the unit from under the homeless person while they’re sleeping .
I'd be very curious after all of these reviews if it's under new management. I canceled my storage contract in mid November (receipt and all) and not only am I still being billed, I keep getting the run around about the delivery of my units...

Everything with this company was fine up until I had my units delivered. While going through my pods I noticed one of them did not belong to me and that my my unit is missing. I called and spoke with a manager who then advised me that one of my units(the one missing) had been dropped by a previous employee and my unit had been damaged. I was then advised that my items were placed into another pod but they where not sure where it was. The manager stated that she would locate it and have the correct unit delivered. However with all that occurred I would definitely say the manager Tami and the delivery driver was VERYYYY professional and did all she could to correct the issue and was very apologetic, I will still refer this company bc they did make good on the mistakes that where made.
I’ve used this company twice to store my items while moving. The professionalism is unmatched. Everything from the initial phone calls with the customer service team from the drop off/pick up gentleman. I Highly recommend this company for all of your storage and moving needs. Also very affordable compared to their competitors.
Customer service is great. When I first called them Amber give me the break down of everything I asked her. She wasn't rushing me nor was she irritated because I was asking so many questions. My pods arrived on the day they was suppose too and the second pod I didn't need I called an told them they refunded my money for it. I will be using them when I move. Thanks myway!!
