Amber at MyWay was the most wonderful and helpful person throughout our moving process. She made everything so easy and we were able to store extra items to show our house and then move the boxes to the new home easily. I will absolutely use their service again if needed.

Storage units not delivered yet, but already Customer Service experience is great. Doing business online is great, AND being able to talk to a live human is still a priority to me. Thanks Ni'cole & Rick. Will follow-up when units delivered.

Update: Storage units delivered right on schedule. Filled units moved today , an hour ahead of schedule.
Every contact has been positive, Ni'cole, Rick & Tammy (by phone) Jim the driver in-person, both times. Dealing with a move during a Global Pandemic is challenging alone. You guys made this part easy. Thank you so much.

Having tried the most common pod based storage system and not been impressed, decided to give these folks a try. Really glad I did. The system is really slick, they text you two days before pickup/delivery and show up when they say they will.
