N L Wilson Moving & Storage

I hired NL Wilson to move houses. The move seemed fairly uneventful. However, the moving men ripped a large hole in my Sleep Number mattress air chamber, and did not report it to me. Set up of this bed was delayed because of a problem with the electrical outlet, so I did not discover the damage until after the electrician had been in to replace the outlet.
I immediately contacted NL Wilson, and was instructed to fill out a claim form and did so with documentation. Since then I have called and emailed them repeatedly, even filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau, and they refuse to reply. I have asked for the name of their liability carrier so that I could file a claim directly with their insurance, but again no response. I will be forced to file in small claims court to recover the expense for the damage to my bed. Extremely unprofessional way of doing business. Do not recommend.

The movers arrived on time. Extremely cordial and efficient , in packing , loading and unloading. We are extremely happy with our move and would highly recommend your company in the future!

They will cancel on you last minute. Do not use!
