National Moving and Storage

The speed in which the movers from National Moving and Storage worked saved me a lot of time. These guys have been doing this job for a long time and knows exactly how to do it perfectly. They were very thorough with the packing part which resulted into a delivery of my valuables in fantastic condition. The crew also performed the off load as professionally and carefully as the on load. It was an extremely long day for them and they remained pleasant and worked tirelessly all day. I have become a admirer of these amazingly hardworking men. I would definitely hire this great moving company for another move.

National Moving & Storage lost some of my most important items (valuable dishes, cutlery, and a box of TV equipment). On top of that, they broke a one of a kind Danish Midcentury dresser, my TV Stand, and one of my dining room chairs. You can tell little care was given by the long-distance movers. Thankfully I purchased third-party insurance but now must go through a long, drawn-out, claims process. I've never spoken to a more apathetic company when calling about the items lost and destroyed. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

Do you self a favor a stay AWAY from this company!!! Expect plenty of shady things after paying the non-refundable deposit. Their price estimate doesn't remain the same regardless if they assure it (specially james & jayj), increases by 30-50% on the pick up day and they're NOT willing to negotiate or do any adjustments at all. Pick up and drop off crew are all sub-contractors not related to the company. Despite that no one showed up on the pick up day nor the delivery day. The crews are not professional at all, non-punctual, and very rough with your items. They just wanna complete as many job as possible to make more money. Low quality service crews and plenty of my furniture got damaged, ripped and lost a few things. I'll surely revise my review and add plenty more details about this horrible company except that I'm short on time currently. I haven't had a chance to communicate with their insurance department to see if I'll be refunded for my damaged/lost items. I'll update my review and add photos. Please read the countless complaints that are posted online. Search "National Moving & storage Hollywood FL" on google. Find another moving company!!
