I ordered my storage unit for my pickup. when I arrived to put it in, the unit was too small. I called KO to upgrade to a larger size while I was there and was taken care of on the phone on the spot. The unit is clean and the gentleman on the phone got me what I needed. Great service and He got me a 3 month discount! Thank You!!
