National Storage

Was a different company when we first got the unit price was only 85.00. New company raised the rates went up to 122.00. Then when I went to close out the account I could not get ahold of the person in the office to do the walk through. Tried three times plus a message was sent through their customer service for the office person to contact me. I finally called the customer service number and they finally were able to close out the account.

Whitney was wonderful! She was friendly and she actually helped me picked out a storage unit more suited for my needs than what I had reserved. I will definitely recommend to others and will use again if needed.

As storage units go, this one is ok. But the prices keep going up.

I only needed this unit in between moves.
It was conveniently located. Great price.
The Woman who works there is very knowledgeable, helpful and nice.
