I kept a locker here for over 8 years. It was a huge waste of money. But that's not their fault. They were great!

Sorry but the person who put the review before me is very incompetent and racist..
I love dealing with Luanne she is the most friendly property manager I have ever dealt with.. always very helpful and willing to go above and beyond for customers.. the property is kept up very well I will always store with NSC Royal oak!! Go Luanne!!!

Hello I’m very upset with this company I can’t contact anyone from corporate and this old lady that’s the sales manager is constantly harassing me.She canceled my contact after she tried to get me arrested she had me waiting a hour to get in my unit after I paid . I asked them before it was time for payment to not take auto pay and the did she got mad when I’d asked them to reverse it . Because I’d gave them head up , now the lock me out my unit after I set up a new day for auto pay and she putting everyone white in front of me and made me wait a hour so I cursed her out she’s tell the guest my full name calling the police on me because I’m upset I’m waiting me and my daughter is upstairs hot we have asthma it’s no ventilation the phones don’t work next day she waited until the end of the day to cancel my contract at 5:14pm I’d called at 5:17pm I’m like I’m sorry what’s your name she’s like what’s your name I’m like aren’t you on the clock she like this must be ___ I’m like no she hung up on me y’all I’m sick of this meth head her & Pete

The person at the desk was very personable and helpful. The experience has been good so far.
