National Storage

Since the very beginning when I decided to choose national storage I have been totally pleased and very grateful. Everyone has been so helpful the price is sufficient for me and I'm grateful that my things are in a safe and clean environment thank you so much national storage sincerely Donna Lee.

We kept our belongings in this storage facility for about 5 years and never had a problem with the company. The building was always clean, it was always easy to contact the management by phone, and we appreciated the temperature control. If I were to write any critique it would only be about the storage facility industry in general which is the rate increase that always happens and the lack of on-site staff. This seems to be across the board in the industry so I wouldn't want to down rate this facility for something that 'everyone is doing'. All in all, the staff was always super friendly and helpful! Keep in mind that this facility has NO public bathroom so don't drink a gallon of anything before you go over there!

At 77 yrs of age rest rooms are high on my list of needs. There are no directions to such. I ended up at the neighborhood 7-11. I'm bent over from multiple operations. Need help to find my unit. Turns out all the signs are way above my viewing level, lights done come on until I'm almost under them. I will say my rental is roomy for the price.

Megan who help me with getting my storage unit size I needed. She has excellent customer service. And a great listener as well. I would recommend anyone who needs to store stuff to go to national storage. Keep up the good work. Thank you
