I had been a storage renter since 2018 started at a decent price but continued to rise every year always clean and accessible but when no one to speak to when elevators don't work or unable to pay rent on site as we were able to do and no notice that no one was going to be on site my decision to vacate was a no brainer.

I helped move someone to a unit and the lady Erica gave really good customer service. You could tell she was new and learning but she did a good job helping us.
