National Storage

Had the majority of my belongings in this facility for about 11 months. Looked all over the area and because National Storage was climate controlled and could drive in and out, I went with them. WHAT A MISTAKE!! One of the overhead doors has been out of service for the majority of the time so have to enter through front door and use a cart to go through the mouse maze to get to and from unit and back out to my vehicle. WHAT A JOKE!! None of us got any discounts for this inconvenience and it cost me double both times, moving the big items in and out, because of the door being broken. All of us who have our belongs there, are paying for the convenience but not getting what we paid for. Will never refer anyone to store anything at this facility. Also, there was a dead mouse very close to my unit, in plain sight for the last 2 weeks. Doesn’t seem that the place is very well maintained.

The girls in this office are so nice. I dealt with Delaney, personally, and she was so friendly and efficient. Got in and out with my keys! Great insurance plans for a great price. 10/10.

I would whole heartedly recommend you check it out if you need indoor climate controlled storage space!!

Unethical business. Doubled prices after moving in. Promised static prices upon sign up. Stick to Uhaul.
