National Storage

Did my research the night before for an idea on pricing. Called the next day to clear up any questions I may have had and proceed with the process. I was very happy to see that all data gathered on my own and what was given by 'Brianna' over the phone, was exactly the same. Anecdotally, this hasn't been the case when dealing with other companies/services. It's refreshing to know what I'm getting myself into and not have unknowns come from nowhere to surprise you.

Really nice people

I stored my extra furniture for 3 years in a climate controlled unit. Everything came out as it was put in. I would recommend National Storage to anyone that wants to ensure safekeeping of their expensive belongings.

It's frustrating when they don't want disclose fees and nonsense when renting unit but when you call and ask for information related to such fees and then they don't disclose them fully I'm out. I elected to not rent from this company and won't consider them in the future. Nickel and dime people all you want but at least be honest when asked about these additional charges.
