i’ve called and left numerous messages and have yet to receive a response

my sister purchased an outdoor storage unit online and was told by the employee to park the vehicle she would be storing in an open space in the lot! after paying for two months of storage she went to check on the Vehicle only to realize they had towed her vehicle just one week after leaving her vehicle there. without ever contacting her about the vehicle. now impound costs are over 2 thousand dollars and they are refusing to get her vehicle back.
