my husband has been in and spoken to Delaney and District Manager ( Shelly/Sherri?) multiple times and was told to go get his own vehicle at his own costs! after being told by Delaney that it would be returned the same day that we had first inquired about our missing/stolen vehicle.
you know exactly what situation i am talking about so you know where to reach my husband and make it right.

I purchased an outdoor storage unit online and was told by the employee to park the vehicle i would be storing in an open space in the lot! after paying for two months of storage I went to check on my Vehicle only to realize they had towed my vehicle just one week after leaving my vehicle there. without ever contacting me about the vehicle. now impounded costs are over 2 thousand dollars and they are refusing to get my vehicle back.

It's an awesome storage place to store your stuff the storage units is not too cold it's not too hot and employees are very respectful.

I only needed storage for a couple of weeks, but I was impressed with the friendly staff, and the cleanliness of the facility. Price was very reasonable. I would use them again if I need storage in the area again.

Delaney went above and beyond to help with the move in date. She is cheerful, helpful and has great customer urgency.
This place is clean and conveniently located.
