National Storage

Finding a good storage place can be difficult and stressful. My experience with National Storage has been excellent. I worked with Amanda during my whole process. Everything was done electronically and was painless. Amanda was very professional and helpful. Her and her boss went above and beyond to welcome me as a new customer. I know this is going to be a great place to store my property!!! Thanks for treating me as a person!!!

I would not recommend to anyone. I upgraded to the bigger units on industrial drive, as I needed a bigger unit. I was happy at first. I was charged $156 roughly a month when I moved units in April 2023. In August they upped my unit rent to $180 a month withing 4 months of the new unit to cover the cost for repairing the front doors. I was fine with that at first. They got the first door done in September. The second doors have just had plywood and a padlock securing the second set of doors since September. I also have renters insurance that covers my unit, they have had no issues with it for the 2+ years I have used them. Now they say it is an issue and want a rental coverage through them. I already pay $180 for a building that is not completely climate controlled, I can not access the door by my unit and haven't been able to in 6 months, the security of the second door doesn't give me any hopes it will keep out anyone, and the bathrooms are disgusting. The women's has been dirty and full of human feces for almost a month now. Every time I visit the storage unit I have to use the men's as the women's is dirty and clogged. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go else where.

Their facility is large and well kept. Clean and all storage units are within a warehouse, so everything is air conditioned. Prices were better than a lot of their competition as well.

Update: I'm not sure what the general trend is for storage facilities, but this one increases the price on you every year. My 5x10 is now $94/mo.
