Great customer service and very helpful!

My repeated complaints about the overhead lighting turning off while I was accessing my storage units were ignored. Time and time again I found myself in complete darkness which caused a safety issue for me and my spouse. This was a 4 year challenging and dangerous situation on top of what myself and my family were facing with pandemic/post pandemic stressors.

Absolutely unacceptable. I can not recommend this facility due to the management response time and time again of avoidance and ignoring dangerous conditions that we could not resolve ourselves. Finally we had the time and energy this past month to move all of our belongings to be stored elsewhere.
