It’s a scam. I got taken for $16,000. I got my stuff but was triple my original quote. Don’t let it happen to you. You’ve been warned

Scam company formerly eagle moving group who takes zero responsibility for the people they send to your house and then when you do file a claim for your damaged things it’s an even bigger nightmare because the company you file the claim with isn’t even associated with them the best they can do is try and push your claim through please do yourself a favor and save your money and go somewhere else

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. I wish I would have read all the other reviews and done further research. Please save your money and just do the move yourself. They provide an initial quote then upcharge upon arrival. Half of our belongings couldn’t make it on the truck despite being part of the inventory list. We ended up having to rent a uhaul for the remaining belongings, despite giving them almost 4k. This whole situation put me in literal panic the day of our move. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

As with practically all the other reviews. This company is a scam. Quoted me one price I paid the price. Literally when they (actually another company they subcontracted- Home and Office movers which is also scam company) arrived at the house they required more money or they wouldn’t load my furniture on the truck. I was stuck and forced to pay them or they would drive away. They literally doubled the cost of the move, even though we confirmed how many boxes and what items were to be moved 3 time to 3 different people. Upon delivery they required more money. On top of that all of our stuff wasn’t there upon delivery. Additionally hardware for our beds were missing so they couldn’t be put together. They had another subcontractor come to put the beds together he quoted over a $1,000 to put the beds together. the moving would reimburse us, Even though dismantling and assembly of our beds and furniture were suppose to be apart of our move Umm no thanks. Also all 3 tvs 65 inch, 55 inch and 43 inch all new were smashed see attached photos, So we paid almost 3 times the quote. I’m disputing all charges through my bank. I’m filing complaints with the secretary of states office as no one responds to email or phone calls. No offer of discount or refund or partial refund. Their positive reviews must be employees or family. None of those reviews could be further from the truth.
I need to update this as after we unpacked everything we noticed that everything is not here. Also the backs two dressers were busted. The legs were missing from one dresser. So we paid over 3 times the amount of the move. We would’ve been better off just selling everything and replacing them. Now we have to pay somebody else to come and haul this garbage away. It appears the only things moved that didn’t get destroyed, missing or damaged was some of our clothes and mattresses. We’ll be advising our attorney and the states attorney general office.

This company is a scam. They have changed their name to Nationwide relocation group from Eagle moving group. Do not use them. Find a reputable company. You can see how awful they are by researching under old name. Go to Yelp and BBB. There is currently an investigation by the Florida attorney general into their fraud.
