Nationwide Relocation Group aka Eagle Moving Group - is a broker. Whatever estimate they give you, double it b/c along each step of the way you will be charged more. I moved from Chicago to Denver and my quote was $2100 and all said and done, I paid $3600. Total scam, DO NOT USE THEM.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. NOT A MOVING COMPANY, BUT A DECEITFUL BROKER.
I cannot emphasize enough how utterly appalling my experience with Eagle Moving Group in Boynton Beach, Florida has been. If you're considering utilizing their services, do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. This so-called 'moving company' embodies the epitome of dishonesty, incompetence, and sheer disregard for customer satisfaction.
Let me recount the nightmare that unfolded when I foolishly entrusted them with my move. Initially, they provided a quote that seemed high but reasonable, but that was just the beginning of their deceitful tactics. Less than a week before the scheduled move, they had the audacity to jack up the price by nearly $2,000 due to an employee 'error', leaving me feeling coerced and trapped. With the impending move date looming, I felt I had no choice but to begrudgingly accept their extortionate demands.
But the horror didn't end there. Despite their supposed guarantee to confirm the move within 48 hours, they failed to uphold their end of the bargain. Multiple calls, emails, and texts went unanswered, leaving me in a state of panic and uncertainty. When they finally deigned to respond, it was only to inform me that they couldn't fulfill their promise of moving on the agreed-upon date. The incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by their staff are simply staggering.
To add insult to injury, when I rightfully demanded a full refund of my deposit, they had the audacity to offer only a measly fraction of it in exchange for my silence. Yes, you read that correctly. Daphne Maxwell, an employee of this despicable establishment, had the gall to suggest that they would return a mere 33% of my deposit if I agreed not to 'disparage' their company online. This blatant attempt to buy my silence is not only unethical but downright reprehensible.
My grievances don't end there. A quick glance at the Better Business Bureau revealed a litany of complaints against Eagle Moving Group, all echoing the same sentiments of deceit, manipulation, and outright scamming. It's abundantly clear that this company operates not as a legitimate moving service, but as a deceitful broker that preys on unsuspecting customers.
In conclusion, I implore anyone reading this to steer clear of Eagle Moving Group at all costs. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss that I've had to endure. They are nothing more than charlatans masquerading as a reputable moving company. Do not be fooled by their empty promises and slick sales tactics. You've been warned.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I was told my move would be around $2,000. It then changed to almost $3,400. Absolutely unfair! I wanted to discuss this with a manager, it was not possible. I really thought this company was reputable, but it's not.
Received excellent service, FAST and RELIABLE!
Used these guys to move to Florida and was the best moving experience I've had by far!!
