I would HIGHLY recommend Nationwide Van Lines for any of your moving needs; whether it is across multiple states or a local move, Nationwide gets the job done. Rick Vera, customer service, stayed in touch throughout the multiple stages of our move. From the logistics, the pick up and the off loading he was there for us. A special THANK YOU to the crew. They treated our home furnishings and personal belongings as if they were their own. Very thorough in the protection of our items prior to loading and they did an amazing job with off loading and setting up each room for us in a timely fashion. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their professionalism and attentiveness in helping deliver a seamless move. A+. 5⭐️
I’d only be careful if you’re hiring for long distance move. Customer service is 10/10, Laurie is just amazing and movers Mark and Fabian are excepcional. They were all very helpful, nice and made the process easy. However, I did have some inconsistency in getting confirmation about delivery from dispatch. They kept changing the delivery date/time on the days prior, what added a lot of stress on me, and I only got confirmation on date/time for sure the day before, when they also provided a 3 hours time window for delivery. I get the contract says a 3 day window, but on a long distance move I can’t just be there without notice
Because of the changes I notified them that I wasn’t able to be there in person, that a friend would receive it and that he still needed to get the apartment keys before they get there. And I explained to more than one person how important it was for me to have the one hour notice I was promised and to have the delivery window of 10am-1pm respected.
Once the Nationwide movers were almost done with my place, my belongings were picked up by movers from a different company and they confirmed to me they would be the ones driving across state to deliver it.
On delivery day I got a text at 7:30am saying they were 30 minutes away, being that the apartment complex only opens at 8:30 for me to get the keys. I had to call every single person involved to rearrange everything so my friend could receive the furniture as early as possible. Delivery went okay and all my belongings were there, but I did feel my necessities were not prioritized and they only worked at their own convenience, what added a lot of unnecessary stress to me as a person moving across state by myself. However, if it wasn’t the inconsistency with deliver, I have to say how good their movers and customer service are.
