The old saying 'You get what you pay for', certainly applies here. BUYER BEWARE. Sales people instilled high level of confidence in the company's performance and after that it was all downhill. Native assigned a different company to pack most valuable items and load my boxes. No problem. And then my goods went into a black hole. The so called customer service contact was awful and after 3 weeks the only way I received feedback was by calling the subcontractor. Another week passed still no status that my goods had left Florida. Finally the driver called wanting to deliver at 7pm on a Friday. We finally settled on 1pm Monday. That turned into 330pm and he was ALONE! Spoke very broken English which made it difficult for me to explain what services I paid for. Boxes delivered looked like they had been drop kicked, several times. Many boxes had been opened. And inventory stickers were missing from many items, making it difficult to account for everything. Instead of the delivery person unpacking furniture from moving blankets, my friend and I did it. We had to explain that he was supposed to remove that packing material. When I called Native, I was told they would send me an email to contact someone about damages and the missing boxes I did not receive! Gee thanks!
