Unfortunately, through many conversations with Uri and Rachel, Brian the owner has refused to refund our deposit due to a breach of contract. Please consider all options when deciding on a moving company. This may not be the company for you .
Worst experience of all time.
As if moving cross country is not already stressful enough, Native Van Lines will figure out how to lie to you and take your money.
They told us if we wanted to have our stuff delivered by May 6 (give or take a few days) we needed to have it picked up April 22. That’s fine- but on April 22 they sent a completely different company, unvetted by us and with increased costs. On May 6, I call wondering when to expect everything as we haven’t heard from them and a man named Vladimir claimed no one would have promised a specific date?
We reach out every day for the next 2 months and hear no progress.. in fact our stuff has not even left the city of origin! Since the job was outsourced and Native Van Lines received their part of the deposit, they have stopped caring about our move.
In the end (83 days since pick up), we fly back to rescue our stuff on the east coast, remove it from a warehouse into a U-Haul, and personally drive it cross country for 6 days.
Native Van Lines customer service responds to our request for a refund and offers us $380 but only if we remove our online reviews. What a joke.
Please do not let them scam another person!
Edit: In response to Native Van Lines’ reply- everything I wrote about my moving experience is true. I have documented proof and just because my name is not on the documents with you (my fiancée’s is) does not mean I am not a customer as well.
