Excellent experience. From scheduling and communications with Lucas to the day of the move with Jose, Manuel & Boris. They were on time, professional, very careful with our fragile objects and furniture. We are in theatre and had a room full of costumes and props, but they had all our 1200 square feet loaded in 3 hours. The unload in Lacey was even quicker. I would highly recommend this company for Puget Soumd moves.

From the initial phone inquiry to the completed project, Neighbors Relocation did a superlative job.
Moving is always stressful and two days before Christmas makes it even worse but the crew (Andy, Ana, and Carlos) did a fantastic job moving us from Edmonds via ferry over to the Olympic Peninsula in one day. The entire crew was efficient, careful, and adaptable to our wishes throughout the course of the day. We could not have been more pleased with how the move went.
Communication with the office people was always responsive.
We highly recommend them!

As a driver for another agent of north american vanlines .bravo sirs and ladies .I can say this thos has been a refreshing experience in loading a shipment out of warehouse. Alot of agents really don't care about the driver or shipment .after they know they aren't taking to its destination .but for you guys being so small and letting me make such a big footprint for a day I thank you

Jose and Manuel did and exceptional job helping move my 85 years old mother in law from Mill Creek area to Yakima. They were careful, thoughtful, gracious and accommodating. BJ did a good job communicating and letting us know about times and process. The cost of the move was IMHO worth every penny and really I believe quite a good value for us.
