Oswaldo & Alejandro went above and beyond for me when the couch I was having moved out of my house and into an apartment wouldn't seemingly fit into the elevator. They tried a few different approaches to getting it loaded on the elevator and even attempted to carry the couch up the 7 flights of stairs! When they found it wouldn't even fit going up the stairwell they were undeterred, taking it back to the elevator for one more try they removed the feet from the piece and tried it in various position and finally succeeded in getting it loaded on the elevator. I was ready for them to give up and resigned to having to replace the sofa but their dogged determination save the situation and me several thousand dollars. I can't thank them enough!
