They showed up right on time. Started working immediately, and were quick and efficient. Everything was done with care and done well. After unloading and putting everything right where my wife or I asked, the crew cleaned everything up and hauled away the used packing material. They even got my John Deere lawn tractor in the truck! Can’t say enough about the job that Neighbors Relocation did. Caesar and his crew were fantastic! Hopefully, we never move again, but if we do, we’re definitely calling Neighbors again!

We utilized Neighbors for a cross-country move and the experience was stress free. The team members were professional, courteous, and thorough. We highly recommend them!

I put a $100 deposit down with them to hold my spot. They told me the deposit was fully refundable. After deciding to go with a different company and letting them know with in 24 hours of putting the deposit down they claimed to be unable to refund the deposit. If you look up their yelp reviews, their BBB reviews they are running quite the scam it seems like.

I am super glad I decided to cancel with them and go with another company. It seems like they do this a lot or misquote people prices.

They also claim to be in Seattle when they are not. They wanted to charge 1.5 hours of travel time at the full moving rate. If your name is 'neighborsmovingseattle' and you are not in Seattle that is false advertisement.

I would highly recommend staying away from these guys.

My refund was NOT processed. I disputed the charge with my credit card and that's how I was able to get my money back.

Also if you have an office in Seattle why were you charging me travel time from Tukwilla to Seattle and back again?

My refund was not processed as they claim, I had to dispute it with my credit card. They also may have an office in Seattle but they send their movers from outside of Seattle so they charge you travel time for that regardless of them having an “office” or not.
