Clean, temperature is at a great setting for the controlled environment, and overall great service. Only issue I’ve noticed is a few spiders/insects, but those are bound to happen in warehouse settings and I’m sure there are efforts in place to keep those at a minimum.

I have always recommended this this facility. It is beautifully designed and super clean. Super easy getting in and out with their security system. Now that April is running it my confidence is even higher. The pricing seems about the same since Hometown Storage took over but the service level is better than ever. My favorite thing about Hometown Storage in New Albany is the variety of space sizes they offer. From a closet to a 10x20. Super easy, convenient and efficient.
