Very easy and convenient to make arrangements for storage! April is amazing to work with! The facility itself is very clean and fresh. Lots of tools available to make moving items into storage super easy. Would definitely recommend!

The office staff is so nice and helpful. Everything is very well kept and clean.

I am very happy with my interactions so far from April here at Hometown Storage. The facility is very clean and the set up for getting a unit was fast and easy with great rates as well. The security is AWESOME which I love because the last place I was at this was a concern. This place however is locked up tight and always looks clean and tidy in the parking lot as well as impeccable inside the facility. Thank you April and thank you Hometown Storage!!!!!!!

Was a little rough with the company changeover but luckily Jayce was able to take care of all my questions and concerns and get me setup pretty quick and easily.

Horrible service. Beyond description. They added an insurance charge to facility in November. Email stated it would be free for 2 months. First bill after email added charge for free insurance. They have eliminated means to autopay. They changed code to get into facility without notice. They have double charged. Raised rates multiple times in one year. Changed payment websites multiple times in one year.
