DO NOT GO HERE !!! Went there this morning to pick up my Budget truck, first things first the “lot” is semi abandoned and has torn up and wrecked cars and trucks everywhere, I saw a man in a construction like shirt, driving a plow truck into the building, I tried waving him down for help as there’s NO ACCESS to the building, arriving it looks like “WRONG TURN” the movie. He looked at me 2-3 times and pulled into the building, closed the door and that was it. Saw two other people looking for the place in confusion and notified them this place is a SCAM, BUST, ETC. There’s no way to get in, they don’t answer the phone, I’ve since reported this location to Budget corporate.

This is another third party budget truck rental location that you cannot trust or make any plan by relying on their operating hours.

Really zero stars….called me an hour before my rental truck reservation, that had been scheduled for a week, and let me know they didn’t have the truck. There was one an hour away that I would still be charged the extra mileage for that I could go pick up. Thats your job. Even if I could let all that go, a couple days later, I got a fraud alert on my card. They tried to charge a random amount. This business goes beyond rude and unprofessional….they are fraudulent.

The guy called me... VERY VERY RUDE TONE! Trying to provide him with details on what happened, he hung up on me. This is NOT a professional establishment nor staff. I am the consumer who was put in a faulty rental, not only did I have to wait for roadside for over 4 hours, I had to receive a phone call from this rude individual. Poor communication with this company/ third party. BBB WILL BE NOTIFIED!
