After a lifetime of moving, (no not military) this move was particularly full of anxiety. I had contacted several moving companies, but Victoria assured me she would take care of me. She didn't say that just to get my business, she actually cared about my stress. She assured me the movers would take care of me. The morning of the move, the driveway was a sheet of ice and terrible weather was predicted for the entire day. I contacted my moving crew, and Rory assured me he would handle everything. I have never, in over 47 moves, received such kindness and respect. Rory and Julius were extremely professional, handled my antique furniture with great care, and made me feel safe and in good hands. They had to carry all my pieces upstairs and not once did I detect complaining or an attitude. They carefully placed each piece, unwrapping the packing material and setting up my bed. If I could have hugged them without it feeling weird, I would have done so. I will always be extremely grateful to Victoria, Rory, and Julius for making such an angst ridden move filled with calm and safety. I hope I do not move again, but if I did, there is only one company I would choose - New Braunfels Moving Company. Thank you from the fullness of my heart for making me feel so very special.
