New Caney Movers LLC

This was a nightmare 6/4/2023 my time for the move was between 8-9 AM they showed up at 10:ish
I’m standing there watch one of the movers drop my daughters dresser and cracked it right in my face. One tried to pretend like he didn’t see it, but I must say the other pointed it out but nobody done anything about it. I was told that there was nothing that they could do. They also told me that there was nothing they could do about a bag of shoes that I am missing. I told him that in the face before I even paid them I should have called the police because of the pitstop you don’t do that with peoples belongings that looks real suspect, especially since I’m missing belongings

I communicated with the movers via text after we pulled off EAT was 1:30 PM
Now must I remind you we wasn’t made aware of the PITSTOP with our belongings for the movers to pickup extra help

They arrived around 2ish with no explanation

We were just about to call law enforcement because EAT was 1:30 with NO COMMUNICATION

No I’m just unpacking my final belongings I saved the best for last my clothes and I am missing a whole two bags I have the belt to one particular skirt, but the skirt is not here. This is the worst company to ever even think about using too many complaints about I was supposed to be at church very unprofessional I don’t give two flying farts about where are you supposed to be That’s unprofessional. They showed up without the boxes for the clothes. Didn’t wanna honor a discount for being late didn’t wanna honor a discount for breaking the dresser didn’t wanna honor a discount for their pitstop they decided to do on my time, so basically I’m paying for them to stop and get help I would never in my entire life use them again and whatever I have to do to try and get compensated for my belongings that’s exactly what I’m going to do. Just like one of the other reviews, they just threw stuff everywhere I was trying to go from room to room and tell them where to sit stuff and it was just a hot mess.

Brandon, Mike, and Tyler helped us move today. Not only is the price affordable, but the guys are working extremely hard. When you add in their patience, friendliness, and sense of humor you can’t ask for much more. Moving is never fun, but if we ever move again New Caney Movers will have our business.

Awesome and quick service! Super impressed! Had these guys move a sleeper sofa to my upstairs after me and two other people tried for a long time to move it unsuccessfully. These guys did it in less than five minutes!

Was able to schedule with very short notice twice, on time and friendly. Moved everything I needed really fast! Highly recommend!

I want to acknowledge the professionalism, courtesy, and great customer service that was provided by the movers. I was fortunate enough to get the dad and son awesome duo assigned to help me move. They gave me a courtesy call to let me know what time they would be there, was there on time, worked quickly, and moved everything carefully. They wrapped my furniture so the items wouldn't be damaged by the rain. I will definitely be using this company again.

Fast forward to 2024. Well I used them again like I said above and I received the same quality and professionalism as before. This time is was Ryan and his team. They went above and beyond. Thanks again guys!
