New Era Moving and Storage

Ryan and Matt are the best! I was needing to move a vehicle that I purchased from one state to another, they were able to get it done quick and made the process super easy! They were super responsive, detailed and professional! I highly recommend New Era Moving for any of your transportation needs.

I had a car moved with this company and everything went exceptionally until delivery.
The carrier and damaged the wheels on my car by them rubbing against the trailer rail the whole way. The seller took pictures of how it was loaded at pick up and my wife took pictures prior to accepting delivery showing the damage.
A few phone calls and emails went unanswered so it's obvious this contractor is only interested in taking your money and will not stand behind any of his obligations. He claims to have great insurance but that's of no value if he won't use it.
If you want to get ripped off, by all means, use this company. However, I strongly suggest you move along to another if you care about the items you place in his care. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Scammers!!! RUN! Run fast and far!

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Vince was super convincing and seemed knowledgeable, and was extremely responsive until the end of June. There was a website, 800 number, address, and glowing reviews (they have to be fake!!!). I gave them $1k for a deposit. About 2 weeks ago, I had a change of plans to my move, so I reached out via “Vince’s personal cell”, and it went straight to voicemail, but the voicemail was full. I tried the 800 number, same outcome. So I texted. No response. I tried again daily for a week, via phone, email, and texts (were blue initially then went to green… think I’m blocked!). No response, no call, email or text back. And to top it all off, the way I paid was an ACH withdrawal so now they not only have a chunk of my life savings for a cross country move that has been a lifelong dream of mine and years in the making. I now have to pay double for because I had to get a U-Haul and load everything myself with a bad back, AND they have my bank account information. Avoid this “company” at all costs!!!

*Update: I had Matthew Abrotsky reach out to me via email to “look into this”. I’ve called the number listed numerous times over the last week and a half to speak to him, and have had ZERO luck getting an actual call back! Funny how his name is one of the 5-star reviews listed ?

*Update: called my bank. These guys took my bank account information and used it to create an electronic check with my account information when I was told it’d be an ACH withdrawal. They are NOT registered with BBB. Do yourself a favor and don’t touch these criminals with a ten foot pole, so you don’t lose $1k and have to close your account like I did.

No one ever talks about the little details that others will go through the way they did. Was able to move my sister's vehicles, as well as her home. They were prompt, professional, and overall friendly. I hope that others see this and give them a chance. We're glad we did.

These must be family member reviews because here I sit from NC to FL on my 7th day (5 bus) and no one is responding . I have to keep texting because they won't answer their phones. Here I sit with no bed, clothes or anything. They are the absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. About ready to file a stolen report. Definitely over their heads and cant keep up. I guess when they do I'll pay them whenever I feel like it.4 weeks later and still waiting. When they do respond its coming next week, next week etc. Here we sit STILL A MONTH LATER. TOTAL JOKE
