Scam artist, unprofessional. DO NOT USE for moving or cleaning services. Roberto Hidalgo double charged me 'on accident' and will not refund my $200+ .

I used Roberto's services for my Real Estate business (cleaning services, not moving as google indicates here, but under same business name). He missed first appointment, and was late to the reschedule (I was in a time crunch so didnt want to shop). After I had paid for services, it was identified that I had erroneously been double charged (~$180 overcharged). Despite roberto assuring me I would get my money back, here I am about 2 months later, feeling like the victim of theft. Claims he had been homeless, that he was drugged.

I would encourage anyone considering working with this vendor to look elsewhere.
