These guys were fantastic. They carried a piano down a stairwell that could barely fit the piano. Not a scratch! Great work at a great price, fast and was very careful with our stuff. Thanks guys!

Upon inspection of my $5500 bedroom set, it is damaged beyond repair. The movers stacked a piece of furniture with exposed screws face down on the dresser which resulted in extensive gouging. Cannot recommend.

DO NOT HIRE! DO NOT HIRE!!

So I needed movers last minute to do a very small moving job. I could have done it myself but figured I had some money to spare and wanted professional movers to save me time and energy as I a single mom living alone and had twin newborns and needed the help. I needed to move a bedroom set (queen bed, frame, dresser, vanity), a crib and maybe 6 medium moving boxes onto a uhaul. I found these guys on craigslist and was very thankful they could help me on short notice. To save time and money I opted to move the boxes myself and let them do the furniture. These guys were complete amateurs, ruined my furniture, and stopped answering the phone when they owed me a refund.

These guys moved so slow. I kid you not I had moved the majority of the boxes MYSELF before they had taken out a single item from the bedroom. They took apart every part of my furniture, and lost screws instead of lifting the pieces out whole and lifting out the furniture together, leaving me to have to put the furniture back together myself when I got to my new place. They took apart my bed frame but left some of it connected which stripped by the time I got to my destination. My baby crib was scratched and screws were missing to the point I couldn't put it back together. I had to buy a new crib. They packed my uhaul soooo poorly that when I opened it back up everything had fallen over and was toppled over. My printer which they put on top of a mattress had fallen to the floor and no longer works. My lamps were bent and I had to throw them out. I had BRAND NEW furniture straight from from the furniture store. Everything was less than week old and now every item is scratched and knicked and looks awful. It was all black and is now chipped exposing wood.

I gave the guys the benefit of the doubt as its obvious this is not their day job. I didn't make a big deal out of how horribly they packed my truck but I contacted the owner and he assured me he was sorry and that he would refund me $64...which I paid $160 for the service. I agreed and he was to refund me via Cashapp the next day. The next day came and he claimed the app wasn't working for him and that he'd pay me within the week... a week goes by and still nothing. He claims he will pay me through facebook and still another week goes by and nothing. Two and a half weeks go by and now Im getting upset because I'm calling him and he's not answering calls. When he does, he claims he's busy and he will pay me the next day $75. Its now more than three weeks and he's completely stopped answering the phone. He has not contacted me and I have no compensation for my ruined furniture

1500 dollars worth of furniture is ruined. I took a huge loss hiring this 'fitness trainer' fronting a moving company. He doesn't take this work seriously. This is just another hustle to him. There are a plethora of moving companies in the twin cities that are affordable and knowledgable hire any one of them, do not hire these guys. They haven't a clue what they are doing, will not care for your items and will not follow through.
