Review:
I would like to share our experience with New Horizons. Everyone was super friendly from Tyler who gave us the appraisal for moving to Ashley in the office along with the three men doing the moving. We were in a tight spot after another moving company cancelled on us one week before the scheduled move and New Horizons was right there to bail us out. They were great!

Review:
We used this company to move and it was the worst experience I've ever had moving. They took 2 full days and nights when they quoted a one day move. They broke things, took many things apart like lamps and furniture, only to lose parts and we were unable to put them back together, they left stuff in the truck which we never got delivered!! They came totally unprepared and needed to borrow our tools to perform basic functions of their job, they left boxes labeled for the 2nd floor all on the first floor. They brought carpets and bedframes and shelves from hutches and cabinets LAST so we could set nothing up until day 3. I could go on but obviously, I would never recommend this company.

Excellent company with 5 star service! We moved out of our home of 35 years in Pennsylvania, and needless to say, had quite a lot to transport. The crew at our PA home was extremely courteous and efficient and made the process as seamless as possible. Our new home is in Greenville, SC- a 9 hour drive without stops. There was actually a gas shortage at the time, and the company quickly reached out to us with an altered moving schedule to ensure that our belongings arrived without a hiccup. Everything arrived in excellent condition, and the movers were polite and highly professional. Overall, I'd highly recommend this company for its professionalism, excellent communication, honesty, and efficiency. Atlas Van Lines/New Horizons Transportation will take excellent care of you as you transition to your new home.
