Review:
If I could give them a zero I would. I would honestly rather hire a camel to move my stuff than ever move with them ever again. I was a small move and going just over 500 miles. They picked my stuff up and kept it for 3 weeks and broke their contract several times. They lost my payment and then found it and when the movers finally arrived they came at 4:30am and then required more money due to unforeseen stairs (which I understand but was nowhere in the contract). The customer service is awful and makes no effort to help remedy anything and is extremely rude. Don't get me wrong I get moving isn’t easy but this was an absolute nightmare, hire anybody but them.

Review:
We were hoping to have stuff in our Portland house around 10 th of June. So we shipped our stuff around 25 th of may. We were planning to reach Oregon around 6 th, we didn't get told that 21 business days would be calculated after the 6 th. We sat in an empty apartment with a 31 week pregnant wife for 2 weeks in langhorne hoping that our stuff would arrive around 10 th of June. Just spoke to the manager adriana, she can't even tell us when our stuff would even be loaded in a truck, she put us on hold for 20 minutes and cut the call. Absolutely useless.

I should’ve read the reviews before booking this company. HORRIBLE. I would literally put my sofa on my back, and crawl it to its destination before I’d book these con artists again. Unprofessional, uncouth, unethical.
It took them 10 days to deliver the items, and a lot of the boxes showed up damaged. On item was missing (STILL trying to get in contact with them to rectify it).
They will quote you one price, then, once your items are on the truck, a whole new price will appear. Mine almost DOUBLED. One company will pick your stuff up, a totally different company will deliver it. Where do they do THAT?!
All in all, as many of the reviewers stated on here, DO YOUR RESEARCH. Do NOT hire these charlatans
