They deleted my last review. So I’ll keep going until something is done.

Jay,
You were nothing but nice to me on the phone. You told me that all your terrible reviews online were not true and to trust you. I trusted you.

As a sales person myself I take pride in my accuracy. I don’t lead people to believe false information.

That’s where you did me wrong. I guess that’s my fault for believing you.

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with anyone. Not just a moving company. Literally ANYTHING.

The amount of damaged items I received is absolutely absurd. I would have just taken a baseball bat to my items my self and not have it delivered.

I get it I signed the paper work at the end. What choice did I really have?

You told me steps were included. Still charged.
Your movers were taking disgusting bathroom issues in our bathroom leaving messes.
One guy showered in my sink and left the floor drenched with water.
You said they would take apart furniture and build it back together. Didn’t happen. They unwrapped my stuff and left it on the floor for us to put together. I paid you guys. And I still tipped your guys. (Because in my line of work that’s what you do.) I tip people who do the work. But you guys damaged my items leaving FAMILY members upset. And now I’m the one that has to deal with it because I booked YOU.

I just want you to know if you take pride in your work, don’t treat people the way you treated me. Don’t make it seem like you care. Because none of you people at this company do. This is the worst experience and service I’ve ever received.

Keep deleting my reviews all you want. I won’t stop.

They won’t return my emails now. Watch out everyone.

Review:

Thief's !!! They stole from me previous irreplaceable items took them right out of my purse treated me like trash not like a somewhat valued customer who paid a huge amount of money they arrived 2.5 hours late for pick up and arrived at destination 3 hours early then demanded an extra 600.00 before they would unload my stuff,I've got a bunch of broken items,missing things and have never been treated like this before they did not like how I packed and just started throwing things into wardrobe size boxes without a care
They won't even return my call but I'm contacting my lawyer and the BBB no one deserves being mistreated don't use this company unless you don't care about your property

Review:

This company was great to work with. I spoke with Jay who helped me through the process. I was moving my daughter from New Jersey across the country to California. Everything went smoothly from the pick up of her belongings to the drop off in CA. They were professional and friendly. Her belongings arrived pretty much on time and everything was in good shape. For such a big move, I would definitely recommend them!

Review:

RIP OFF!!! They tripled the cost the day of the move so it's either pay it or you don't have movers. The original quote was $5000 a few days before they upped it to $8,000. Which okay. I have a little more than I thought. When I calculated the square footage of a tractor trailer truck and I had approximately half of it, it should have been what they quoted me. $8000 I ended up paying $15,000. Total scammers and the guy complained about his tip. After you triple the cost, you're lucky you got a $600 tip. Oh and they have four guys who pick everything up and one guy who unloads everything. Oh wait, there's more. I'm missing a ladder a really nice stroller and probably some other things that I haven't thought of yet. No one reached out after to see how the move went, or to see if I was satisfied because they know I wouldn't be.

Review:

I used NJ Transit for a cross country move a little over a month ago. I moved from NYC to SF. I have been waiting to review trying to give them time to respond. I don't really like to review, as I am in the hospitality industry and find reviews tend to be super heated and not very helpful. I have emailed and called multiple times and been ignored. I am giving 2 stars only because my items arrived within 10 days.

I have made this move multiple times and used multiple companies. I would NOT recommend this company, only as a last result. They were not punctual, not very friendly, and a lot of my items were damaged. I am currently working out the insurance claim. They recommended Baker insurance and they have been wonderful (almost like they knew I would have issues...). Very charismatic on the sale, but the customer service side of it was very very lacking.
