Corey and Glen were outstanding !!! Give them a raise, need to keep good people like these two gents.

Only complaint, my new 10x10 is not, it is 9.1x 9.1…. That is not cool, even though the “law allows” I expect better from your company. My last unit was a true 10x10 , the new one is not. I am making it work, ( I told the guys about it, beyond their control, again they were great ) Main corp. needs to rethink this business strategy!!!

Corey is always pleasant and helpful on the phone and in person! Glen was very helpful this particular interaction! I went to him on a recent visit to our storage and he was very instrumental in helping to make this trip up from FL much more successful and less stressful than anticipated which helped us save time and money. We had a lot of stuff stored for 3 years and we found no damage to any of our items including furniture!
