Very tight corners for getting a bigger vehicle around, otherwise,clean

ZERO STARS THATS WHAT THEY DESERVE! he is a liar and a crook! RATS IN UNITS!!!!!!!!!
This old man does not know how to run a business! we called him and told him we were taking over my daughters and ex's storage fees, I asked if I could come in and change paper work in my name he said not nessasary, I then gave him a card number and said I'm paying. My daughter went to get some stuff out and he put a double lock on it stating that the card didnt go through... she immediatly called me and put me on speaker I told the guy that he is a horrible business man that we had a phone conversation and I was paying and to take off the lock.
We called to give notice asked him to come to the office and he said just write a note on one of the envelopes a notice and put it in the mail slot. thats exactly what we did. he claims he didnt get notice and charged me an entire month when we moved out because he said he required a 10 day notice! They are RUDE crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!! CRAZY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Iv'e heard he has done this to many poeple!
P.S. the place drive inbetween units is all flooded and muddy you sink and can not put your funiture down in drive because of that.

Fantastic experience. I used New Mini Storage for 5 years while I lived in Essex Junction, VT. I always felt safe accessing my storage unit, even at night. The facility was always clean, my stored items were always safe and secure. There were never any issues with pests or water. I opted for indoor, heated storage. The unit was always warm. Marcel, the owner, is an honest, reputable guy, very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Solid location, some minor mechanical (door) issues.
