New Neighbors Moving

When looking for a moving/storage company to move my daughter from her apartment at the end of her school year, put her items in storage and then move her into her new apartment in the fall, we contacted several companies. Jaisen was the first to respond, the first to provide a price quote and the first to follow up once the quote was provided! We selected Jaisen for his attentive and professional approach and we were so very pleased! The price quoted never fluctuated. Jaisen was on time, efficient, courteous and extremely professional. The storage facility he has was clean and climate controlled. Upon our fall move in day, we were delayed by several hours and all the while Jaisen reassured us that as soon as we were ready to go, he would be there. And, the fact that we delayed and probably messed up his schedule by several hours, Jaisen never once made us worry that he would not be able to move us in. Once we finally got the keys to the apartment and were ready to go, Jaisen was there within minutes, with a smile on his face and completely put us at ease! He and his team professionally unloaded the truck, moved our boxes and furniture into the apartment and even helped set up and rearrange furniture! Every item that we stored with Jaisen was in perfect condition, furniture was as we left it and we did not find one broken item upon unpacking! We plan on hiring Jaisen again when my daughter graduates this spring and moves back home, and we highly recommend New Neighbors Moving and Jaisen Clanagan to anyone in need of his moving/storage services!!
