New Neighbors Moving

We hired them to move from house into apartment and storage. 4 months later we hired them again to move into new house. They accidentally broke glass from our 54 inch round kitchen table. They took it and said they would replace it. They won’t respond to calls or emails and have yet to replace it. It cost over $300. They scratched up a few other items and did some minor damage to the walls. We paid in full. Seems to be an integrity issue. They are nice young men, but I can’t recommend this business at this time.

Everything went smoothly. The guys were professional and friendly. My brain is mush after moving so I can't recall their names. The main one was very tall. I am handicapped with MS, so they moved things around in my new place so it would be easier for me to get to. Thanks a lot for your service. Would highly recommend.

Used New Neighbors Moving to move a 10 x 10 storage unit contents back to my home. They were a bit early for the scheduled time which was wonderful as the day was expected to be warm, and not having to wait for service like a lot of places will give a large window for service. Very professional movers and completed the job in less than the estimated time, which saved me money in my budget. Would definitely use this company again.

Good experience moving to Montague. One table broke but a replacement was ordered promptly. Give them a shot!
