New Start Realty and Relocation

So I called this company over 3 weeks ago to help unpack my pod. I was moving from Dallas Tx I thought the pricing was ok. I got turned of about the hour driving fee I was to pay them just to drive to my home to unpack odd to me sense my employer don’t pay me to travel to work but Ok. From the time I set the appointment with this company no calls no emails nothing till the day before as if it’s my job to follow up with them. On the phone this guy Kevin hangs up on me after I was trying to explain we haven’t talked in three weeks I had to do something different. Then he wait hours to text me back complains about T- mobile and his bad coverage. He takes my 150 because I didn’t cancel in 48 hours. I forgot the name of his company to be honest after 3 weeks. I want my money!! He’s a dishonest person and I would beware of him (Kevin Beasley)

Top notch service! Professional, polite and hard working employees with an honest owner. This is a family business and they go above and beyond with the moving service they provide. Communication is great from start to finish. Kevin is a one of a kind business owner. He's honest and he does business right! We will only use Kevin's company for any and all moves.

I purchased furniture from and estate sale and needed a mover..I would highly recommend New Start Realty for any moving job.
Outstanding service, started the day with a courtesy call letting me know they we're on there way.. On time along with a Good morning and a smile. Proceeded with moving furniture to truck with efficiency and TLC.
Unloaded the same way. No dents, no scratches. Even setup a very heavy mahogany king bed that used screws and bolts to put together. I would highly recommend them for small or large moves. They are exceptional movers and I would highly recommend them.
