Nex Move - Hilton Head Island

Deborah and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and excellent to work with. We recently needed to move a family member which required downsizing. They were caring and compassionate with our family member which made a very stressful situation for him a much better experience than we could have hoped for. Everything was packed and moved without incident and they took great care to provide white glove service. Excellent customer service and great communication!

I have to start by saying: this is my 11th home… my friends call me a professional mover, lol. With that said, using NexMove enabled me to have one the easiest moves I have ever done. Their prices were fair (there were no hidden costs), communication was never a problem, and their staff was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. They also offered additional services: boxes, wrap, packing labor etc. to assist in packing everything up. We just moved off of Hilton Head Island. Our move was split into two trips (logistics on our end), and I did not HESITATE to use NexMove (Jack and Marshall staffed both) for both trips! Zero complaints!

Can’t speak highly enough of this company. Desmond came out and went above and beyond for our customers that needed help. Highly recommend!

They will get you moved, but there was no customer service. They did not hook the washer up correctly, and I was out of town working, so my wife had to change the hoses herself.
What’s happening to customer service in America?
We run a roofing company, and our customers come first because that’s how we operate.
