Be careful, there are hidden charges, particularly check about the miles with your rentals, they will charge separately for each mile. No free miles with your rental, if per day rent is $100, when you return there will be additional surprise charges. Confirm your total charges clearly. Otherwise the cars are good.

I called for a rental on Saturday and was able to get the vehicle within an hour! Tyrese was extremely professional, kind, and courteous...and he gave me a great deal. The rental process was so simple with no crazy deposits or ridiculous credit card hold amounts. I was even able to book for an extra week having given no notice. Once i returned the car, I promptly received an invoice to submit to the insurance company. I will definitely use Next Level whenever I need a rental or U-haul! Local business and black owned! Yes!
