If I could give a 0 I would probably do it, worst experience ever. Do not recommend, not professional and will treat you and your stuff like it doesn’t matter.

Don't know how they have such great reviews... I would encourage anyone looking for a moving company to take a look at the 'good reviews' they have and see how they all look the same and profiles seem sketchy. The bad ones seem to come from real people, you can to draw your own conclusions.

Updating my review since I can’t reply to their reply, and their reply shows exactly how UNPROFESSIONAL they can be… Trying to discredit a customer review saying there was “aggressive behavior” is at low as it gets.
1.I did book in a short notice, that doesn’t take out the fact that I previously stated that there was no quality call (which they mentioned was going to take place to update the inventory) and we didn’t agree to an updated price before loading or discussed this, the new price was given to us after the truck was ALREADY loaded.
2.There we NO “multiple loading and unloading processes” nor there were any kind of delays. Our stuff was ready and packed for the movers to load the truck when they arrived.
3.At no point was there any kind of aggressive behavior or tension here. My family was there, we were even helping and handing drinks to the guys. There were no multiple loading attempts like stated. Trying to discredit a bad job by saying this happened is a really low hit.
4.Saying “We have no record of any damage being reported or addressed during the move” is completely fake. The damages were pointed to the driver, this was addressed with the company and “Customer Service”. We went back and forth with them for 6 months to get paid for the damages done, and the resolution they came up with was meaningless compared to the damages done.

I started talking to them because I had to relocate sooner than expected, they promised they were able to go out in delivery as soon as they loaded. I couldn’t reach them once I placed my deposit and seemed like someone else was actually handling my move. They came up with a pretty competitive quote and gave them a deposit, after that I was never able to contact them. As soon as I started packing I tried reaching out to update my quote because I noticed I missed a couple things, only thing they said was that it was okey, that they were going to leave a note (thing they didn’t do) and that I was going to get a quality call to double check the quote and I never did. After that they called to try to pull in my pick up date because allegedly a truck driver was ready to go on route right away. They picked up, obviously the driver said the quote was wrong and they had to update it and ended up paying triple what was quoted. They didn’t go on delivery right away as promised, they took more than promised to deliver, the attitude from the delivery driver was AWFUL and was trying to hide the stuff that was damaged, and my stuff ended up pretty pretty damaged. They won't take care of your stuff and will treat it like it don't matter.

They said they were going to try to make things right, they won’t tey, they won't make things better and won’t take you seriously.
This is a follow up after my whole experience... I already said we had a really bad experience and to finish this up the customer experience regarding or bad experience was awful. After everything we went through they ask me to reach out, with them saying they were going to try to make things right.

They AKNOWLEDGED that what happened was not fair, that our experience was bad and still they won't make things better and won’t take you seriously. It's a pain to go through customer service, that is if they answer at all. Overall bad experience a not professional, they won't take care of your stuff and will treat it like it don't matter, and if won't take care of the customer.
